Didnt get the balcony room like we requested, was told ot was partial lake view but it was first floor and there were vehicles infront of our window so no lake just an electrical truck. One bed was dirty, the floor leaked around the toilet when you flush, the hot water took over 15 min to heat up then was either lava or ice water, the floor was squishier than the beds, the most disgusting breakfast, it didnt even have frosted flakes it was corn flakes! Literally the worst hotel in Marquette, a complete waste of our anniversary gift.

It seemed fairly clean and the staff was friendly checking in. The breakfast was awful. Premade omelets that were probably from frozen and looked rubbery. no other protein. fresh fruit didn't look fresh .. There a;so was something environmental in the room that kicked up my allergies to the point I could hardly sleep. Overall a bad experience

Very smooth and helpful staff. Breakfast eggs finished by the time I got to breakfast at 9. Ugh. TV location in the room awful. Otherwise fine.
