Every staff person was friendly and helpful! Hotel is in a very convenient location and walkable to the pier, shopping, groceries, dining options. Great coffee in the lobby.

Showing its age. Had to unplug frig as it was very noisey (more than a hum). Barhroom tiny. Step (mini ramp) at door one had to remember when leaving room. All staff encounters very good. Ir wasnt dirty, just a little less than we expected.

The property was outdated, run down, and noisy. No breakfast. It was located on a major road which made it noisy. Deferred maintenance, broken window latches, doors that did not shut properly, and an unlocked back door.

Hot tub was great, front desk gal was very nice, pillows not so great and bed a little stiff and uncomfortable. Room had strong flower cleaner smell when we first arrived but next day it had a slight musty smell. Room and hotel was clean and well kept. Coffee bar was great. No breakfast offered. We will stay again.

This is an older two-story hotel with no elevator. Room was a little dated but we agreed that it was the cleanest room we've ever stayed in.
