This was perfect if you have a family because they had a large pool, gaming area, and a large hot tub. This is not a perfect place if you are older, need to get to sleep before 11:00, and don't have kids with you. Great place, just not for us.

Great setup in the room. Easy entrance and exit to and from the parking lot via Central Ave and Peach on the opposite side. The main draw for me is the epic continental breakfast included in the stay! So great! I book at this hotel everytime i visit Marshfield. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room lacked cleanliness. We had no trash bags in our garbage cans. No towels. There was leftover takeout food still in the fridge. The table had sticky syrup still on it. Our bathroom light flickered. The ice machine on the second floor was inoperable and the laundry room dryer was not in working order either.

Overall this is a nice hotel option for our weekend stay for an area ball tournament. Nice location with access to restaurants on site and nearby. Very nice pool area & convenient access from our rooms, which is what attracted us to this hotel in the first place. The facility and rooms are very outdated ... 90s vibe, but the beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night, room was clean, and our group enjoyed our stay.

This is the third time I have stayed at this property and the first time I have been disappointed. Upon arrival, at check-in I was told my room was on the second floor. I didn't really think that would be an issue, however there was no elevator and I have a broken foot. I asked to switch to a first floor room(I said I didn't care if it was a different or lessor room). The person at the desk said no way because I booked online. I guess I should have pressed harder and maybe asked for a manager, especially after she just stared at me struggling to carry my large suitcase up the stairs. I may rethink where I stay next time I'm in town.

The room had some signs of age and wear, but was overall nice. The pool area was nice as well. The staff was so helpful at check in/out and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great and well organized! Overall was a nice affordable stay and will recommend to anyone traveling in the area.
