The neighborhood is super quiet and such a wonderful place to get away to. The house is located right in front of the creek that you can fish, kayak, let your dog swim and just enjoy the sound. The house is nice and cozy. The house has a hot tub for the relaxing time you want staring into the woods. Great place to sit on the deck and just be one with nature. Its fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our partial week vacation in January 2025. Check-in was streamlined minimal contact and property was very clean. Enjoyed the shredded memory foam pillows and loved that the sheets smelled like laundry beads. Hot tub was hot & clean with a dark enough sky to star-gaze. Property is a nice balance of rustic knotty oak cabin vibe with cozy comforts. I was bummed the ping pong table top wasn’t there anymore but not a deal breaker. We would recommend this property for a family getaway. We loved the private location.

The cabin was very cozy! Great for a small family. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin was true to the description. It is on well water so if you’re not a fan just bring some bottled water. The views were great especially when it snowed.

Lovely Mid-Week Getaway

Cabin on the mountain

The cabin was nice, in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view. The only downside was that the towns nearby were sleepers, with nothing to do and terrible restaurants, our biggest entertainment was going to the Farm Store to see baby chickens. The Inn in Berkeley was higher priced,and the food was awful. We ended up at the Food Lion, getting groceries and cooking our own meals.

Calm in a storm

Had some rough things going on in my life. Property manager communicated very well with me and was accommodating during my struggle that was not related to booking. Place was awesome and for sure what my wife and i needed at the time. Quiet, Filled with nature and rest. Ill be back.

Great Cabin in the Woods

The cabin is so cute and comfortable especially for a beautiful snow storm. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook: toaster oven, microwave, fridge, stove/full sized oven, coffee pot, utensils. The porches are perfect to do a ton of bird watching from. We had several families of deer walk by. The hot tub is such a nice treat! It worked perfectly while we were there and was piping hot. I appreciate the added privacy around the hot tub. The downstairs game room is fun to spend a rainy afternoon. The stairs are steep and the bathroom is upstairs so you will 100% have to walk up and down those stairs daily. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend.
