I am very disappointed with this hotel. I specifically paid for a hotel with a pool, and when we arrived the pool was out of service and not heated. They told us it would be fixed the next day, but that never happened during our entire 3-day stay. I requested a partial refund, but they only refunded the pet fee, which was useless since the pool was the only reason I chose this hotel and paid that price.
They also claimed that housekeeping was available upon request, so we asked for fresh towels and room service. No one ever came. We spent three days with overflowing trash, wet towels we had to replace ourselves, and even toilet paper we had to find on our own. The staff was polite, but clearly understaffed; there was only one person for all the rooms.
Breakfast was also a disappointment. On the second day we arrived in the middle of breakfast hours and most items were gone—no juice, no protein, only apples and bread. After 30 minutes they restocked eggs and sausage, but by then we had already finished a very poor breakfast. Several items available the first day, like muffins, were not restocked at all.
The beds were comfortable, but the room was not very clean. The carpet looked dirty, the bathroom was basic and had dead insects on the floor, and the water pressure was very weak. The shower took a long time to heat up.
For the price we paid, this stay was absolutely not worth it in terms of quality and service. There are beautiful cabins nearby for half the price.
