Marylebone beach accommodation

Really enjoyed our two nights in the Thistle Marble Arch, reception was quick and our room on the 6 floor was excellent. Breakfast was good, not happy having to pay for a cup of Starbucks coffee and then to see an added service charge, this needs to stop. Did have an issue with the room toilet not flushing on the second night after 22:00, called reception and a maintenance person came after about 40 minutes and resolved the problem. We did see the card saying if you didn’t want your room cleaned on the second day , put the card on the door, we were told we would get a £10 drinks voucher, this never materialised. We will definitely return to the Thistle in the future.

Great hotel, great location , great staff and service

Great hotel! Room and hotel clean, helpful staff, really good breakfast. I think the volume of the music in the hall is too high but you can’t hear it in the room so it’s ok. Position really good, next to Marble Arch underground.

The breakfast was okay. The room was clean enough. The property is well worn.

The king room was fine but I would not stay again. Pros: comfortable bed, nice staff, clean, great location. Cons: very basic for what you pay. The bathroom did not have an electrical plug and the door was glass thus no privacy. No fridge in room. Air conditioning didn't work so we slept with window open but then it was too much street noise.

The hotel is outstanding in every way, starting with the stunning entry into the atrium. The staff are all incredible - friendly, helpful and caring. A special shoutout to one of the concierge team members, Freddie.
