Welcoming and friendly staff, good room size, comfortable bed, with the only underwhelming part being the pillows being too soft.
The hotel is excellently located next to Marble Arch station, making it ideal for getting around the city.
Room was a good size and easily fit 3 of us for 1 night. The extra bed requested was small and would only be suitable for a child or anyone under 5ft 8.
Lounge access was incredible and the snacks and drinks were amazing.
Check in took a long time and it was very busy when we arrived - VIP section for the executive rooms but still took longer than expected to get checked in.
Other than that the hotel is in a great location, it’s funky and well maintained and the smell … oh my!! The scent they have throughout the hotel is amazing!!! Loved it.
Great stay and would 100% recommend to others, especially the executive rooms with lounge access - great deal!!
Check in was very quick and easy. Staff were polite and well accommodating. Room was lovely and clean, along with the bathroom. The complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. Only point to mention was the shower drain was very blocked, meaning the water struggled to drain away and nearly flooded into the bathroom. Other than that, a lovely stay and would come back again
Room ok. Reception was a bit of a nightmare new front desk system so hopefully that gets better. Bar area is now lively and well served. Theres also a ramseys hells kitchen opening soon which will be very good
