Very attentive staff in a wonderful hotel that didn't break the budget. Great location for all the sights. Close to public transportation , tube station. Nice and clean rooms. We had an enjoyable stay.

Staff 10/10 location 10/10 My husband did struggle with being claustrophobic due to no windows and super dark room, so if you suffer from this not the best option, but overall we knew it would be without windows so not hotels fault and we didn’t think it would be an issue for him as his never had an issue like this. I would stay here again if he didn’t suffer from claustrophobia. Rooms are decent sized me and the kids loved it.
