Firstly the photos of this hotel both outside and the rooms do not reflect what the property is in reality. I was a little disappointed to be honest. Small room curtains hanging off in areas shower very small. Breakfast was chaos and very disorganised and staff run off their feet. Unfortunately I didn't really enjoy my stay here. The only positive feature was that it's location was very good,

left early, no chance to eat breakfast

Convenient to Paddington station and a great little hotel for a decent place to sleep. Basic but clean rooms. Note no A/C and opening the windows lets you hear the noise outside...which can be substantial. Also, as stated by the hotel, the close proximity to Paddington means you'll hear the trains go under - not terrible unless you're a light sleeper. Otherwise for its convenience to central London, a bargain and gem of a hotel.

Did not use parking or breakfast. Location was near paddington station. Great for accessing rest of London

Room clean and spacious, quiet on the 5th floor, nice view over London.
