What a great experience at the Cumberland in London. The staff was exceptional. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great staff, great location

The king room was fine but I would not stay again. Pros: comfortable bed, nice staff, clean, great location. Cons: very basic for what you pay. The bathroom did not have an electrical plug and the door was glass thus no privacy. No fridge in room. Air conditioning didn't work so we slept with window open but then it was too much street noise.

Lost clothing. Never returned.

Great hotel location, close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The rooms were were very comfortable and spacious, the bed and pillows were perfect, we had a long travel day prior to arriving at the hotel, and arrived earlier than the checkin time but the staff were so accomodating and gave us a room upon arrival. The hotel restaurant was lively we had the buffet breakfast which had a large variety of foods to choose from, including hot breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruit and more. Overall we had a lovely stay!

The hotel is outstanding in every way, starting with the stunning entry into the atrium. The staff are all incredible - friendly, helpful and caring. A special shoutout to one of the concierge team members, Freddie.
