When we arrived around 7:10pm there was no one at the front desk. Another family came in just after us. And then a gentleman who was staying on the second floor came to the desk. We all stood there for at least 20 minutes with no staff in site. We then heard a door down the hall close and the front desk girl came walking out of a room. She came to the desk and didn’t greet us for close to 2-3 minutes. Then said “sorry for the wait”. She was not very personable. The gentleman that came down from the second floor warned us to ask to not be on the second floor due to multiple dogs barking and whining loudly. He was at the desk trying to get his room changed. Thankfully our room was on the first floor.

The staff was great! There was a leak in the bathroom and we had to change rooms! It was an inconvenience bc I had decorated the room for my BF birthday so we had to take everything down and I couldn’t get it to stick on the wall again. Other then that it was good

There were large ants in bathroom. Almost bit my child but i got there on time. There was loud noise from train horn blaring late at night. The carpet in the hallway of the floor was very dirty and there was a dehumidifier on.the checkin staff member did not introduce herself or smile. She seemed overwhelmed. Hotel was not terrible though. But these few things being addressed could make it grest.

The whole hotel was very clean including my room. The bed is comfortable which is very important to me. The staff were all very pleasant, accommodating and professional. The free breakfast was a great perk also. I'd highly recommend.

We stayed here last night and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, which immediately put us at ease. I paid $106 for one night on Christmas Eve, and since holiday rates are usually much higher, I was honestly skeptical about what to expect. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was well-kept, quiet, and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a clean, affordable option—especially during the holidays.
