The first room the floor by the window was sticky, the sink had hair from someone shaving in it. The bed was a twin bed. The second room that they moved me to had lots of long hair in the tub the floor was not swept and had sand everywhere. The top comforter was dirty.

Staff was courteous. Smoking rooms next to non-smoking rooms didn’t make much sense. In general room was clean, but hair in bathtub was gross. Beds and pillows comfortable.

Bed bugs in my room, clothes got infested, showed photo proof and a bed bug in a plastic bag. Proceed to give me a 20$ bill and get mad when i issued a complaint with experian for a refund as i now have to take my clothes, blanket and bags to go get cleaned .
