Great service and help with airport shuttle, room was great. However, one thing I find lacking it all Marriott hotels are Kleenex and toilet paper. It seems we always run out of both and we’re usually only there overnight.

This hotel is very convenient if you plan to use the Cincinnati airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle that runs every half hour. The staff was extremely helpful to me as a blind person traveling with a service dog. I was also very pleased that I could get a cup of fresh coffee at 3 AM.
