Book Mather Field/Mills Station hotels

The sheets and floors were dirty. There were roaches running around in the room. We notified the front desk staff about it when we checked in however they did not do anything. We were so tired when we checked in so we just stayed the night and left the next morning and asked for a full refund. We only received refund of the night we didn’t stay even though we asked for full refund. Hotel charged over $290 for one night which is not correct amount we need to get this refunded ASAP In this hotel needs to keep the room a lot more cleaner so people can stay.

Elevator was broken for part of the stay. The stairs I was told to use had a jammed door. This location is not as nice as others I have stayed at.

This was an excellent choice for the price. Staff was very helpful. The in-house store was extremely limited and didn't stock Coca Cola products. Our main gripe is that the bed is ridiculously high off the floor. Both my wife and I had trouble getting into bed.

Convenient, clean and great amenities. The only compliant was the hot tub was not working but the pool was nice! Starbucks onsite and a bar. Would definitely stay again

Everything was sticky. Beds were crinkly.
