First, room smelled like urine so they came and put carpet freshener, next day housekeeping didn’t come, we had to go get towels, toilet paper, and make bed, next day room smells worse, they put more carpet freshener, we opened curtains a saw the rain was coming in thru windows and noticed the floor was soaked so that was the smell! Never will stay there again, also 2nd night electric was out for about 2hrs, then next night internet was out! Horrible experience room # 102

It was 8:58am on 3/16/25 and housekeeping opened my room and I yelled out “who was it?” I was coming out of the shower. I felt horrible and scared. The person didn’t even apologized. I have never experienced this before. Normally I always leave about an hour before check out time at 11:00am. The hotel should have a system to let house keeping know what rooms are empty. The doors banged so loud when closing. The halls were loud at 2:00am.
