Overall the staff were friendly and the place was clean. The breakfast was barely average and a lot of things were out or almost nothing left with even an hour to go for breakfast time. My one major complaint would be the mattress. We had a two-bedroom suite with two double beds and a queen bed. The queen mattress was absolutely the firmest mattress I've ever slept on and I barely slept throughout the night because my back and hips were in so much pain. Honestly might have been the most firmest mattress I've ever slept on in my life.

Furniture in room was sad old peeling desk, and the hallway stunk. I have stayed at this residence foryears and never has any issue until now. My family was in town for a funeral so the state of the hotel was not appreciated .

Staff were courteous. The carpet had large multiple stains which were concerning. Linens appeared clean. Mattress on the pull out bed needs to be replaced as the blanket which was bagged in the closet. Breakfast and dining area were great. Front lobby floor needed to be mopped. Dirty at check in and check out.

Everyone was awesome. Especially the young man working the desk as well as housekeeping. We spent the weekend for my daughter’s bday and she had so much fun. Breakfast was not the greatest. The location is in dire need of updating in general, for example my room this time, the tub looked like the finish was stripped, I hope it was not a stain of unknown origin. The breakfast was delicious, good variety.

Went to Massachusetts for my mothers funeral and tried over the phone to stay an extra day and couldn't get that to happen and I had to make other arrangements. I asked for a room next to family member and they couldn't accommodate that family member on first floor and I was on third floor. TV remote did not work properly , no toilet plunger in room first time using toilet and it almost over flowed asked front desk for plunger to be brought to room just in case this happened again and it never was brought to room, telephone in room did not work tried different numbers and nothing worked no dial tone but phone was plugged into wall. I would not recommend this hotel anymore I stayed before but it has gone in service .
