This hotel is beginning to show its age, especially the carpet and bathroom. That being said, I consider my stay to have been good - and a good value as well. The front desk staff were all very friendly and personable. Check-in was pretty straightforward and easy. My room: Bed was clean. Carpet was fairly clean (for hotel carpet), though did have a stain between the bed and the little refrigerator. Walls were empty with screws to hang stuff that wasn't there. Not a big deal. The floor to tub junction was in need of attention, both cleaning (was some black mold) and re-grouting. Oh - and why only a single, tiny trash can for the entire King "suite" - found in the bathroom? Still - when I return to Conway in the future, I will likely book here again.

Our room was dated and old looking. The carpet is old and worn. There is dust on the baseboards and furniture. And thesheets were coming off the beds. The lobby was also dated, the luggage carts were rickety and just very sad looking. The staff was very friendly and seemed to just be doing their best with what they had.

Great stay. A little snafu on our room assignment but quickly remedied. Someone still has luggage in the 1st room! Desk clerk said person in that room checked out in am so she was mystified. She upgraded us to a suite and all was good.

The rooms were disgustingly dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. You feet stuck to the carpet in the room. Corners in the bathroom look like they have never been cleaned. If i could of got my money back i would have left. When we arrived there was nobody at the front desk when she arrived she was very rude. Bugs in the entrance when we came back from dinner.
