This hotel is undergoing some renovations but the room we had was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options are sufficient with hot and cold items. Easy on and off the interstate. Would stay here again

We reserved a room to sleep 5 and requested a rollaway bed in advance. When we arrived we were told they had just given away the last one. We were told the manager would arrive at 11pm and perhaps she "could find one" somewhere. We waited up and never heard from her. We had to share 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 3 teens. The room was dirty and smelled like a wet dog. Rooms should be designated as pet-friendly or not so those without animals aren't placed in rooms that smell like dogs. We didn't even want to put our bags on the floor in the room. The hotel is under construction but they should not be selling dirty/half-renovated rooms. They should also not allow people to book for 5 people if they can't provide rollaway beds. The pool/breakfast area were nice so I assume the hotel will be better when the renovations are done.

Appears to be an older and parts of which are under renovation that has caused a good deal of dust and dirt in the common areas of the hotel. The room was clean however the bathroom commode was loose and rocked back and forth when sitting down or getting up. The. Sink had a hole and crack in it. So I guess the overall renovation is needed. Nice friendly and courteous staff.

Checked in at 3pm with no issues. Renovation work was going on in the room above mine, so they easily switched me to the other side of the hotel. The room was quiet and worked for my needs.

Every time I book a hotel with a 3rd party I get the worst room. This time 1st floor beside meeting room that was being used by someone till 11pm. Property was under renovation which is understandable but dirty. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Dirt on floor, stain on sheets. Won’t use 3rd party again

Hotel is undergoing a renovation. Worker was running gas powered leaf blower outside our window in the evening while we were trying to wind down after driving all day. One elevator was out of service. The staff was very courteous and helpful during check in. Would stay here again as it is convenient access and egress from main highway.

I booked through Hotel.com. The room I reserved was not the same when I checked in and the receptionist said there was nothing they could do since I reserved through Hoteel.com. I need a 2 Queen with sofa/bed. I received a 2 queen room only. No extra space for our grandbabies. I will reserve from the hotel next time.
