Checkbin is by 4:00pm.We got there at 3:00pm and the room wasnt ready.Came back at 4 and the receptionist said give it about 10 more mins.We waited 30 mins and the room still wasnt done.When we finally checked in it was almost 5.Plus the room had not been cleaned at all.The table had stains and there was kids clothing behind the couch.There was no soap or anything in the bathroom.The outside area had dirty cobwebs on the ceiling and all the elevators were broken so we had to walk all the way around everytime we left the room.Will never come back.The receptionist was also kind of rude.It wasnt welcoming at all.

Very bad

When we arrived for our stay the first room they put us in had no working air conditioning and the toilet was clogged. We were moved to another room where the air did not work either but the toilet worked. We left a day early. The front desk attendant, Natasha, was very helpful in getting refunded for one of my nights since we left a day early. Very disappointed in this hotel and will not be staying again.

Elevator by our room was not working but the stairs were! Pool was nice and open. Nice workout facility. The breakfast was not included and the selection not so much. We had a room with a living room type area with a half kitchen.

Booked a King got two queens and was not informed went into room and noticed. Asked the front desk and they said they were sold out of kings. Couldn’t get refund due to there fine print on they give two queens when kings are not available. If kings aren’t available should not be listed as an option. I would have stayed else where as I have kids and needed the extra space.

I was really disappointed with my stay this time. I booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub however the hot tub was not operational due to maintenance. It would of been nice to this this before booking or i would of chosen another hotel. I also had booked an interior room thinking the view would be of the middle of the hotel area where the pool was located. We unfortunately received a room with a window that looked out into a staff hallway so the room was pretty dark most of the time. The elevator that was on our side of the hotel was not operational so every ti.e we left the room we had to walk across the entire property.
