Kentucky Lake House Getaway

Cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage on Kentucky Lake's Blood River 20 minutes away from Murray. We are located on a quiet street just up the hill from the water with a private boat ramp as well as being around the corner from Irvin Cobb Marina which has free boat launch for our guests. We have plenty of parking outside for boats, a deck with a grill, free wifi, direct tv stream and coffee is provided. There are DVD's, cards, XBox 360 and board games for the kids as well as a high chair & pack n play.Perfect for fishermen, or a quiet weekend getaway.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Perfect Retreat for Murray State Graduation

Our stay at this cabin during Murray State's graduation was exceptional. Conveniently located just a short drive from campus, it offered a peaceful escape from the lively town atmosphere. The cabin was cozy, quiet, and impeccably comfortable, making it an ideal retreat. The owners were incredibly responsive, friendly, and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. We’d absolutely book this gem again!

Cozy little spot!

The home was nice and well prepared for guests. Real close to two marinas. One of which we rented a pontoon for a day from. Right down the hill is the lake and the bass fishing was excellent there! We fished every day and no sooner do you cast out they start biting! Many excellent places to eat near there! I recommend The Keg, Burger Barn and Fast Eddie’s! We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it but most of all it didn’t break the bank to stay there. Really enjoyed it!

Perfect

We came for a long weekend. We trail ride with our quad and SxS. This rental had plenty of parking for our trailer, machines, and vehicle. Annie and Kevin were gracious hosts and so easy to communicate with. Had plenty of everything like towels, blankets, bedding, kitchen items, and more! If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

The week my family had in this cabin was amazing. It had everything that we needed and they even supplied paper towels and laundry detergent. I didn’t expect that. Nice Cozy Cabin near Kentucky Lake

The cabin was quite cozy for our family. The check in process was easy and any contact with owner/manager was in a very timely manner. Everything with the cabin was great. The weather was not so great for us for a fishing weekend as it rained all day every day and we could not fish or use the fire pit or BBQ grill but this had nothing to do with our accommodations. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Nice place for the price.

It was a lovely house. Cons: not a great place for swimming Toilet and sink are in a weird place No service inside only wifi, and no wifi outside only one bar. Pros: very clean Super easy check in process Quick reaponses from owners Alot of nature and peaceful Good for a couple unless you have a boat. Overall my hisband and I would stay here we just wouldn’t bring the kids haha.

Excellent lake cabin

We really enjoyed this lake cabin! It was clean, with lots of amenities — cookware, washer and dryer, wifi, Roku TV with access to Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney. It was quite hot while we were there, and thankfully the last night cooled off so we could enjoy the back deck! And they were super accommodating to a last minute request to stay longer! Overall great experience and we plan to be back next year!

Home away from Home

We had an amazing time here. The kids loved the feel of the cabin home and the camp fire stores out back. The hosts were so awesome to work with and made us feel very welcome. 100% recommend for your family getaway.

Family trip

We rented to stay near family, house was clean and stocked with all the essentials, even some toys our 2 yr old enjoyed. Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to the December tornados. The power went out around 10:30/11 pm but they luckily had a back up battery for their internet modem so we were able to continue to track the storm and feel safe, what a blessing! We will for sure consider staying there again!
