Unfortunately, the room was not ready at 3pm when trying to check in, was asked to come back in a half hour. Still wasn’t ready at 4. The entire cleaning crew called off, except for 2. Can’t blame anyone except this new generation of kids for not caring about their job. They really need to be more educated especially taught by their parents that hand them whatever they want and to take pride in themselves for working and showing up to work.

on the morning after we arrived we found ants in the bedroom and replied to the company TXT as we were at a show and never got a reply at all from the hotel. Sprayed the room ourselves as there were limited options elsewhere to stay due to the show. the hotel onsite was terrible, service shocking to say the least. very disappointed

Our room was half cleaned (dirty soap bars in the bathroom, one bed had been stripped and no sheets, pillowcases or comforter put back on. Only 2 towels. Pool ran out of towels. Staff was nice but clearly understaffed and under maintained. Holiday inn express next door is newer and cleaner

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenience this hotel offered. We enjoyed the hot tub, ate at the restaurant on site a few times and never had issues. Friendly staff! Kid and pet friendly facility! Will be back again next time we are in the area.
