I recently stayed at your property for the first time and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had booked the stay specifically to take my daughter to enjoy the pool, but when we arrived, the pool was in unacceptable condition — it was filled with balloons, leaves, and even vomit that had not been cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unusable. While the room itself was somewhat cozy, the bedding was inadequate. The blankets were thin, and there was no comforter provided, making it very uncomfortable throughout the night. I also attempted to speak with the front desk to extend my stay so my daughter could still enjoy the pool the next day if it was cleaned. The associate said she would check with a manager, but I never received any follow-up. To add to the frustration, the environment was extremely noisy, with doors constantly slamming and loud stomping from surrounding rooms. I spent over $400 for what turned out to be a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this property based on the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and overall discomfort during our stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the experience for future guests.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. The pool was packed with so many people and they had a lot of options nearby for food. I did not like the bed, it was too soft for me but everyone else loved it. The biggest issues were the fridge not working properly, like stuff did not cool down and the door to the bathroom made a loud noise every time I closed it and you needed to carefully close it to avoid noise. You could hear people if they were loud enough, but overall loved the staff, front desk, area, and stay!

I enjoyed the amenities this property had. The gym, pool, bar, and laundry facilities. Also, the location was close to everything. I do have one gripe about the cleanliness. Upon arrival, at the second floor elevator, I observed a trashcan that was overstuffed and a pizza box on a table. I then observed a half eaten pizza slice and trash on the floor in the hallway on the way to our room. The elevator trash was left for one whole day and the pizza slice on the floor wasn't picked up until the morning we checked out. We stayed two nights. In the room, our bathroom sink was slow to drain and the sofa was badly stained. We didn't feel the need to complain to management considering the timeframe we were staying and how long we were actually in the room. Overall a good stay and would book again.
