When I checked in I was told cleaning was every other day. Fine! So my first day to have my room cleaned was Saturday the 17th. I waited in my room until noon and no one came. I left my room and asked the lady if they were going to clean my room and she said she had closed my room out because I had the do no disturb sign. I told her I did not and what time did she come by and she said at 9 am. I told her that was not true and that I needed my trash taken out and fresh towels. She said no that I would have to take my trash out myself and that she only had one towel and that I would need to go to the reception desk to ask for more. This was absolutely ridiculous and not great service.

Staff was super courteous. I recommend focusing more time cleaning bathroom and the carpet. There were was a very large brown stain on the carpet between the queen beds. Especially since you all dogs to come stay with their owners
