I honestly don’t think words can do my stay justice. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like I was visiting old friends—genuine, kind, and incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless, the bed super cozy, and the food? Amazing. They even had menudo this time, which I don’t remember from my last STXCC visit—it was such a comforting surprise and made me feel right at home. If I find myself back for the event, I won’t even think twice—this is where I’m staying.

Nice Clean Room

Room as cleaned daily. Beds on 4th floor were comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with a hot meal , fruits, pastries, waffles, and cereal. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Staff were helpful, observant, and friendly. Shuttle was available to airport and convention center. Happy hour was 4 to 7 in evenings with 2 free drinks. I will return to this location again due to close proximity to convention center, shopping and restaurants.
