Great for what I needed

The hotel was located perfectly for my visit. I had a super late check in and was greeted kindly, checked in quickly and was super impressed with the person who checked me in. The bed was more firm than I like, but I still slept like a log. I needed to check out early and left a cash deposit, but they sent someone to check my room quickly to be able to return my cash deposit. Bonus, Dutch Bros coffee is across the street.

Area was safe, Breakfast was good, the only issue I had was that they took almost 2 months to give me back my deposit & the only reason I got it back was because I kept calling them asking why I hadn’t received it yet & finally someone at the front register gave me the email for the manager to get it settled & I received it 2 days later. Other than that everything was good oh and the pool had bbq pits so we got to bbq so that was great

We stayed at Mainstay and noticed that Comfort Suites was next to it, as soon as they told us to go passed a door, you can notice the big stench in the hallway. It smelled a lot like dog, urine and the stench was just bad. The rooms were muggy and even though spacious just felt dirty in there. I was very disappointed because I could not cancel my stay because I was still going to be charged.
