El hotel es “de paso”. Las recamaras al tener alfombra carece de higiene al 100. Nos encontramos el baño sucio y con pelos que no fueron barridos. (No se reportó a recepción porque ya era tarde). El desayuno que dan no es gran cosa, pudieran meter más variedad para que fuera recomendable; eso si, el personal del restaurante es muy amable. Al final, al ser un hotel barato, recibes por lo que pagas.

I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t speak on it. The property outside and surrounding area is nice and safe. Quiet at night, no suspicious people. Safe to walk around at night in my opinion, although there isn’t many walkable places nearby. Staff was pretty nice, they did their job as far as answering the phone and whatnot. The number one thing I look for is cleanliness in the room, and that was the number one thing this place lacked. Room had hair on the bed, hair in the bathroom, on the blankets, carpets were stained with dust on the floor, it didn’t smell very good either. There were also stains on the pillows, and hair on the towels. This is why my rating is very low. But then again you get what you pay for I guess. Would I stay here again? If housekeeping actually cleaned the rooms then yeah. Everything was good until I checked the cleanliness of the room which is the most important thing! I also have photos for proof if anyone tries to say otherwise.

Could extend my stay for not trustong my guts. I trustwd 3 ldies in the front desk to wait the day of my checkout to extend my stay. Had to checkout for actually waiting how they suggested. Never again will I'll listen to the front desk.

The room was dirty from the carpet to items being left from previous guest. Some light fixtures were also defective. The room also didnt have a fridge or microwave. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

We rented 4 rooms for 2 nights - 2 had issues with the shower not working, the key cards deactivated after the first day AND we couldn't find anyone in the office to fix them. Also tried calling the office - no answer. Bath towels were really small and thin. Best thing about it was it was so close to the Basilica
