The body wash and shampoo was empty. Very loud. No sound proof between the rooms. Could not sleep because of people above. Very little breakfast to choose from.

The room was clean and quiet. However, it was difficult to change the temperature in the room, and it felt stuffy and humid. In addition, the water temperature in the shower was not even lukewarm. It made for an uncomfortable experience.

NO RUNNING WATER and NO HONESTY

We stayed the Friday-Saturday ,18th-19th of April 2025. In the wee hours of the morning on the 19th at 2:30 am the fire alarm sounded off. After that it was downhill !!!! There was a LOUD vacuum cleaner in use at 3am and the employees were very LOUD!!! I called the front desk only to find out there was a water leak and the water maybe turned off. Then at 6:30 am we called because there was no running water. We were told someone was sent to purchase a part to fix the plumbing issue and that it would be fixed within the hour. At 8:30 am we called again and the story this time was that they were waiting for the store to open so the part could be purchased. At 9 am still no running water. Which means we were not able to use the restroom, brush our teeth, and or take a shower!!!! What a mess!!!! Each time we called to ask about the issue we were told a different story and the manager was not available. The employees could have been HONEST and said it would take hours to fix. HONESTY goes a LONG WAY.

We stay here a few times a year when visiting family. However, next time we will consider other properties, as the maintenance of the overall building and rooms seems to be falling behind, e.g., curtain rods not replaced, just removed, paint peeling or not matching, etc. Also, with two Hilton properties adjacent to each other, it would have been nice if they had incorporated an EV charger at least between the two sites.

If you are a fan of air conditioning, stay away. I believe they must have a sensor or something in the room that shuts it down when you sleep and turns it on when you move. No carpet in the room and the hotel looks like a colorful dorm on a college campus complete with college kids running the front desk. Pleasant but less than skilled.

Abel at the front desk was very nice and helpful when we shared that our room wouldn’t stay cool at the temp we set it. Unfortunately the situation was never addressed by management so we endured 2 uncomfortable nights. The lobby had ac issues as well. On the positive side staff was quick to refill breakfast items as they ran low.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and willing to help. The room was very new and clean. The unusual thing was no microwave in the room but had one in the lobby.
