Wonderfully remodeled upper floor corner condo in the back corner of the Aspen Condos. Quick walk to Davis Beach, Ponderosa State Park, Golfing, and less than a mile to downtown McCall. Seasonal outdoor pool and tennis court on-site. This unit is cozy and comfy with warm wood interior accents and local art throughout. A wood stove and jetted tub for thawing after those cold winter days on the slopes while you gaze out the slider or dining room windows on the snow falling on surrounding Aspens.

In the summer, enjoy the back deck while you grill and dry off from either the lake or the seasonal pool just 100 yards from this condo! This is a great location for a family of 5 or 2 couples looking for easy walking to various nearby attractions in the summer. Close to McCall means you can easily head out to Brundage and stop in town for provisions, dining, shopping and entertainment on either your way in or out to the slopes. The garage is stocked with firewood for you to enjoy while you stay.

There is a king bed in the master and a queen in the second bedroom, plus there is an additional roll-away Twin bed that can be placed where needed to sleep an additional person. A pack and play is also available in the unit to accommodate an infant or toddler. Master bedroom equipped with air conditioning.

Well equipped with all the basics for cooking plus a crock pot, waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker, dining ware for 8 and seating for 8 between the 4 seats at the dining table and 4 bar stools. There is a high-chair in unit to accommodate and infant or toddler.

Plush couch, love seat and papasan chair provides seating for 6. Wood burning stove situated in living room provides warmth in the winter and the sliding door to the private deck is also accessed through the living room.
