Small quiet RV park n motel. Only issue was that the electric key system was down due to a storm. Couldn't get into my room. Manager had to open the room door. Got room keys later that day

It was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. It's the perfect location, super convenient to the MacDonald Observatory and Davis Mt St Park and right in between Balmorhea and Marfa

I know it's an older motel, and it's evident they do try to keep up with it's cosmetic needs and repairs. The staff are very nice and make the effort to provide excellent service. I feel that for the area and the cost the room definitely met my personal needs.
