This hotel is nothing fancy but it is clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, shower was in great condition, staff was friendly and the check-in and checkout process was smooth. Breakfast was included, which is a huge plus.

Staff were friendly and efficient, got our ten person party checked in quickly! Several options for shopping and dining within a comfortable walking distance, which was nice after six hours in the car!! Room was clean and comfortable, with the a/c already on so didn’t have to wait for the room to cool down, which was huge!!

The hair dryer in my room didn’t work. I called the front desk - after they checked they said they did not have an extra hair dryer and had no solution for me. They said the hotel was sold out. The people across the hall left and I asked to use their room for their dryer. Liam at the front desk said he was busy taking out the trash and then proceeded to hang up on me. He finally did go open another door for me -told me I wasn’t to go any further than the bathroom. I’m sure I wanted to go in 3 guys dirty room!!! (Sarcasm!) He was very rude! Because of him and his cocky attitude I won’t be coming back. He is a horrible face to your hotel!!

Went through the entire check in process only to be told the room hadnot been cleaned snd to return in 30 minutes.I said we would have dinner. We returned and got the key and brought our things to a back door close to our room. The key would not open the door. Back to the desk. They said it could be balky.I let my husband in and we went to the room. The key would not open the door. Back to the desk for new keys. To add insult to injury I saw we could have saved bit on our dinner if the desk clerk had the presence of mind to give me a blank key. The room was fine BUT y would not o

Upon arrival staff at check-in were unprofessional. Floors in room were stained and dirty (needed vacuum) from the moment we walked in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Remote to television had a dead battery. We had to request room service as trash was overflowing right before night #3, despite being told that room service was every other day. Will not return!

No elevator

The staff was friendly and professional. Even being short staffed we were well taken care of. However, we did not realize that the hotel did not have an elevator. It’s advertised as accessible. But my daughter who sometimes cannot walk well or do stairs ended up being a huge pain to deal with. They were fully booked out so there was no other room options.

I don't know why, but it seems whenever we stay overnight at places the beds are hard and uncomfortable. It used to be comfy to stay at a hotel, motel, etc. That is my only complaint for my stay here. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was right. Thank you.
