The bathroom is not convenient since it’s separated from the wash basin and there should be in bathroom too, cuz some people do need to wash after toilet. The sound proof of the room is so bad, our next door neighbor were making loud noises after midnight even though we called front desk they were continuously making loud noises. We have to request to move to another room. But it was 3 am in the morning after we finally settled, a restless night! We called the hotel’s manager about our poor experience, the manager’ attitude is not very pleasant, he just offered some points that not even half of the points to earn a free room! Not coming back!

Room was clean and updated. However, there was a large group of young children staying at the hotel with parents. the kids were running wild in the hallways until well past 11:30pm on Saturday and Sunday evening. I called the front desk on Sunday night around 10:45pm to let them know i couldn’t sleep and had an early flight on Monday. They said they would send security to resolve the matter. Absolutely nothing was done. I wasn’t able to go to sleep until after 1am.
