Terrible. No pool. No bar. No cafe. No breakfast. Keys didn’t work. Tub didn’t drain. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Staff tried, but this Days Inn is spent.

Avoid this place

Yeah,yeah “we’re under renovation “. This may be the worst hotel that I’ve stayed in. We stayed for two nights and the first room that we had, the card reader wouldn’t read the room card. After screwing around for ten minutes, we finally opened the door but not before realizing that you have to lift up, not push down on the broken handle. The room next door suddenly put their tv on and it sounded like they were in our room. This “newly renovated “ room had a gap between the wall and ceiling so it made it like they were with us. Changed room and had to run water for 10-15 minutes to get hot. No ice buckets in room,elevator sketchy with more foreign dna on the carpet than a bordello. No pool, no restaurant , bar or breakfast that was and still is advertised on Hotels.com app. Found a bed bug and a spider the body size of a quarter the morning that we were leaving. No exterior lights in the parking lot making it pretty dark. Ice machine was on 2nd floor which you had to walk past mattress’s and other stuff in the hall. All the “reno “ rooms had their doors open and I was waiting for someone to jump out of one of the rooms. Stench of weed in the halls as well as cigarette smoke. All in all, we should have paid the extra few bucks and stayed elsewhere. Now I’m at the laundromat was my clothes as I don’t want to risk having any hitchhikers coming in my home.

Needs a refurb

The hotel is undergoing a refrub project so the pool and breakfast were not available. The elevators need an update. The room was nothing fancy but was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The worker at the front desk was personable and nice.

Expedia provided false information regarding this property. Amenities were to include breakfast, pool, restaurant and bar. NONE were available at the hotel. We booked king rooms which were not available. We compensated a measley 16 dollars per room and 25000 expedia points. Insulting.

First and many complaints about this hotel. No lighting in parking lot. The web site said they had a pool and breakfast. Not! The elevated had no permit posted, squeaked, and only one worked. To to ask the manager to pleaee give me clean towels, soap, and clean sheets and toilet paper after being there for three days. Only one light worked in the room, no clock, only one power strip for charging, no coffe offered any where in the hotel, .......the list goes on. Very disappointed and will never stay there again.

Bath fan didn't work.Bathtub had no drain cover and backed up Lightbulbs burned out in room. Dirt on floor in room upon arrival. No working ice machine on any floor. No vending machine on 3 of the 4 floors. Pool closed. Was supposed to have free breakfast but really nothing but coffee. Elevator didn't always work. Location convenient and they were working on remodeling floors 1 and 2. We were on 3. Did it's job but considering everything should have been cheaper.

Elevators not working properly … departed a day early because conditions were so poor. Could not lock room door . Was not able to access room with given key cards. Pool closed die to broken heater. Restaurant and lounge closed. Room was dirty, furniture stained and dirty. Days Inn Warren has leaking roof, unsafe conditions! Awful stay…. Deplorable Conditions…. Totally unsatisfactory and not as all like the premises advertised!! Would like a complete refund!!!

I was very upset when I got there to see the pool was closed the bar was closed the property was under construction there was no continental breakfast we paid a lot of money to stay there and was very disappointed I will not be back the elevator wasn't working right if I could get all my money back I would be doing it the beds were very uncomfortable too I hope in the future you guys do a better job than what you did this past week for us

This property is under renovation - There is NO breakfast as advertised. The room keys work once then you have to get them reset which takes about 7-8 mins each time. The pool was closed. The elevator was not working. Disappointed with this property for $80 per night.

Wait until remodel is finished

Used to stay here. Closed for years. Now partially re opened. Restaurant not opened yet. Only a few rooms remodeled. Clean but using some of the old furnishings. Rooms on the third floor but elevator was out of order. Pool not open yet. Only ice was back in the closed kitchen, They have a ways to go. Another year??!??

Do not book here unless you just want a bed. Everything that is listed is not true. There is no food in the hotel at all not even a vending machine. The pool has been out of order for years. There are no towels anywhere. The bar and restaurant have been closed up for years. And you get stuck in the elevator and the lights flicker in your room. Let alone half of the hallway lights don’t work either

1. The key locks did not work despite being replaced. 2. The floor smelled like pot despite being nonsmoking. Reported this to staff who did nothing. 3. No ice makers and no ice buckets to get it had to go to front desk. 4. Dusty due to construction. 5. No replacement roll of tp in room.

No breakfast included (which it said it was), building looked abandoned, pool not open, smelled like a nursing home, bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, big dead spider inside of art on the wall in between the glass was gross. Didn’t even have coffee for the morning, elevator felt like it wouldn’t work
