Hotel was clean and convenient. Staff was courteous. Breakfast included. Overall very good

Garbage was full in the cans outside. We were put in a room near the pool and it was very noisy.

This hotel has old interior, but improvements have been made to some important areas. The lobby is nice and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is amazing! So helpful, courteous, and friendly. They offer a decent free breakfast and coffee. For the price, this is a great choice.

Was an amazing stay.

It was just a place to sleep. Nothing special , nothing great. If I ever go back to Hershey, I will look for another place.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was polite. A few small issues with our room (230). Sink drained slowly. One of the lights flickered, so we didn't use it. Couldn't find instructions for using the TV, and the remote didn't help. The biggest thing was the aur conditioner, which sounded like a motorcycle coming through the room every 10-15 minutes. Only stayed one night so none of this mattered that much. Reported these things on departure.
