Mattress probably 80 years old room 32. Totally unacceptable- a sink hole not a mattress. Took away from our enjoyment of the fireplace. Food mediocre. Wont be going back.

I stay here regularly when I travel from Oregon to California. I love this place, I can bring my dog, they have a nice restaurant, The staff is great. It has a fun old school feel That I like as do my adult sons. Highly recommend.

Great place for our Alpine race team to stay. We utilize the house and Lodge rooms. Carpets could use some TLC. But overall a great experience for the price. Staff was kind and helpful all the time.

Our TV was not operational. Our meal was very sub par and we had one single piece of firewood in our room to build a fire on the fireplace. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were up here for my husbands 50 th birthday and we were obviously pretty disappointed by dinner and the non functioning amenities.

LOVED the jacuzzi bathtub!! The room was cozy and comfortable for a good night's rest. Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, hash brown, and pancakes. My main issue here was noise. First thing in the morning (starting 6:30AM) I could hear noise above and next to me, and there is a faint but distinct buzzing sound at night, interrupting the quiet sounds of nature.

We stayed at the Family House over the long weekend and found the unit to be spacious, with great views of the snow through the large windows. The included breakfast at the main lodge was a convenient perk. However, our experience was significantly hampered by the water issues. On our second day, we had no hot water. The manager came by to assess the situation and reset the water heater, possibly re-igniting the pilot. While we eventually got hot water, a more persistent issue was the extremely low water pressure throughout the unit. At best, only a tiny stream of water—hot or cold—came from the fixtures, and the main bathroom shower barely produced drops if any other fixture was in use. Upon checkout, we shared a video of the issue with the staff and were told that management would follow up, but we have yet to hear back. We hope they address the plumbing concerns, as this otherwise would have been a great place to stay.
