We really appreciated that the front desk staff tried her very best to accommodate my husbands requests: ie. Room away from ice machines and the elevator. A free breakfast was a nice treat being that they had “hot” fare food available in addition to the other standard items such as bagels and waffles. The bed was comfy as also the pillows. The only negative I would have to say was that the deadbolt would not engage. We ended up using our ice cooler on wheels as a foil for unwanted entry. Luckily the hotel was peaceful and the appearance of a safe area.

Wonderful stay

Just a one night stay for a half way point in our drive but we would definitely stay again! The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the amenities were great. The breakfast had a variety of offerings.

Stayed for a softball tournament. There was homeless sleeping out front & eating the breakfast, cops banging on the door 2 doors down & cars got broken into. One of our teammates families found a cockroach in their bed. Won't stay here again!

Got there and walked into our room to a clogged toilet and when i brought it up to the front desk i was handed a plunger and told to fix it myself. After trying that and it not working they gave us a new room but not with out telling me forst i needed to go get all my stuff out then come down return the key and then they would give me a key to my new room.

Outside looked presentable but inside was terribly dirty, unkept, unsafe (smoke alarms tampered with, room flooring rotting underneath, mold in bathroom, fixtures broken or removed). They have a breakfast.. one of my yogurts was expired and the pumps on the Torani syrup looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in 100 years. It was an “icky” feeling and I wouldn’t return. Pool and spa area was nice, as was the staff.

What kind of a place is this???

Not at all what I would expect at any Hotel; night stand lamp had a cracked shade & the electrical outlet on it did not work. The nightstand alarm clock did not work, nor did the 2 outlets or 3 usb plugs it had. The desk lamp only had 1 light bulb the other was gone. The bathroom tile was coming off the wall. The wall heater/air conditioner thermostat did not work, had to open the window for air circulation. On our 2nd night the hotel had an arrest and a 5151, two different issues and the morning before leaving an aparent domestic dispute in the parking lot at 2 am. What kind of a place is this?
