Staff friendly, rooms outdated and no coffe pot, soaps ect. You get what you pay for and it was a cheaper alternative. We had beds & a roof over our heads.

I was double charged on site after paying full amount through Expedia. The mattress in the room we stayed was very old, and very difficult to sleep. The hotel is right next to the freeway, and it gets pretty loud with semi-trucks driving at night.

The staff were nice, respectful and the room was clean and tidy BUT the bed is horrible. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt more like full size bed than a queen size bed.

I was originally assigned to a room that smelled like smoke. Staff made sure I got a new room that was clean with no smoke. After I checked out, I discovered I couldn't get a ride to Greyhound. A staff member graciously gave me a ride. I really appreciate the staff going out of their way for me.

A/C & heating unit would not work properly it was stuck on cold the floors and tables where no swept and mopped and dusted or scrubbed shower was dirty. Lights on walls didn't work. The service at the desk was good. Bed was clean. I thought about asking for another room but being the bed was clean and had fresh linens and I was only staying for a night I just stayed in the room.

Great place to stay thats around a few places to eat within walking distance. Although it is kind of close to the highway...its shockingly quiet at night, which is a major plus. I love it here.

The whole staff is just phenomenal! They do whatever it takes to make sure your stay is comfortable and that youre well relaxed. Pool is a major plus, considering that the days were HOT this summer.
