The room was very clean and the Staff was great ! We had a very early flight and we also had to return a rental car . Laura recommended that we would return it early and to be in the Lobby at 3:30 Am for her to drop us off right in front of the departure terminal . Everything turned out perfectly ! We are very pleased and very greatful.

The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed in my room was a bit loud, the base is aluminum. The other hotel guests were very loud, but that’s not anything the hotel can do much about. The friendly service is top notch and more than expected.

The whole place was filthy. There were crackers on the floor, the light switch was broken, they have wooden shutters that don’t keep out the hosting huge lights outside. I was absolutely appalled at how run down it was. The people were nice, but the property was truly awful!!

Not enough parking spaces. Parking lot very tight and hard to get in/out of spaces. Mold in bathroom. Bathroom door knob loose. Terrible smell coming from the sink.

What Í observed during my two night stay was appalling. Like it or not, Medford Oregon like Portland has become a lawless sanctuary city along the infested I-5 Corridor! But has Ramada opened its doors as a sanctuary Hotel? I saw questionable non-paying?…people coming and going. But on the morning of my flight out, I had to rise early around 5AM to catch the first shuttle to the airport. Stopping in the lobby for a coffee, I observed the clerk leaving the back door open for filthy homeless vagrants to chow down on the continental breakfast goods. I questioned one female who had a heaping plate of waffles and butter, for taking a soda drink out of the cooler and walking out without purchasing it. A small framed, dark haired woman appearing to be in her 50’s, sat eating at a table while the male clerk pretended to be busy. She railed at me disrespectfully for questioning her entitlements, then fled.
