Great choice for Medford stay

Great location. Our room was very clean and quiet. Refrigerator a microwave and coffee pot in the room.Air conditioning worked well The bed was extremely comfortable with a nice selection of pillows Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was ok;eggs, waffles bagels etc Arbys right next door and large grocery store a cross street We would definitely stay here again

I called in and scheduled a mid-night shuttle from the airport. I tried calling after the shuttle did not show up. The phone rang and rang. I had to call five times before getting someone to answer. The front desk claimed there was no reservation made. The shuttle finally showed up. When we got to the hotel, the hot water machine and the ice machine were broken. The shower did not work. In the morning, the front desk person came up and said that the faucet had to be pulled out very hard to get the water flowing. A note on the faucet would have been helpful. At breakfast, the orange juice was dark and looked like a combination of orange juice and coffee. The front desk person claimed she just added a new bag and did nothing else. The bed covers were stained. The sheets were fine.

Had a short stay here. The staff was so kind and quick to get us accommodated once we arrived. The pre check in and check out process was so nice. The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding area was nice as well. The room also had soaps and lotions which was great too. Breakfast had good options. I would stay here again.
