Refreshed recently. New flooring and paint. Delicious “included breakfast” with hot and cold options. Friendly and helpful staff. I would add that additional soundproofing would enhance the overall enjoyment. The views of the Rogue River are intimate without being expansive due to the beautiful trees lining the edge. Located next to Hellgate Jet Boat excursions, you have the fun of experience of watching it rush by from your balcony or enjoy a ride as well (not connected to the hotel). We love this hotel and continue to return every year.

Incessant barking from dog for 3 days straight. Despite numerous complaints from all guests, management was incapable of quieting the beast. Despite promises of a reduction in room rate for lack of peace and quiet - nothing has been forthcoming.

Second stay at this gem!

Nice stay overnight on the river again. Checked in late. Good room on river! Had to park next door since lot was full but security guard on watch was helpful. Good breakfast in morning. Appreciate that it runs until 10:30 AM! Great prices! Perfect stop on way from CA to WA.

The location can be a little confusing to get to, especially during heavier traffic times but its worth it: Staff are all kind, the rooms are clean and spacious, wifi is working (you'd be surpised how many hotels ive been to where the wifi doesnt cover the entire hotel or is "down right now") and all the rooms have a great view of the river.

Loved the location and view of the river outside my terrace. Did not like the bare wood floors, but understand that rugs can be harder to maintain. Having breakfast set up every morning was a plus. Choices are managed very well. Help at front desk was great.
