The room and establishment were very clean! There isn’t a closet or much counterspace but it works if this is just a quick setup for you on the road. No coffee machine or ice bucket in the room.

Even tho it was a Thanksgiving stay the breakfast menu was limited. Satisfactory selection for me but for the guy a more filling breakfast needed. Super quiet stay, great air conditioning, clean room-bathroom and friendly staff. We will consider staying at this property in the future when visiting family in Melbourne.

The air conditioner compressor was very noisy when the motor operated, and it would wake me during the night. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink to wash or shave. I notified the management.
