Overnight stay

We stayed one night and were overall happy with our stay. Bed was too hard for us but that’s a personal preference. Light blocking shades were the best we have ever seen at any hotel! The only complaint we have is how incredibly loud the doors are. The slamming of the doors in the hall until midnight is extremely disruptive and loud in the other rooms.

Our second stay here. Breakfast was a little disappointing from last visit. Room was comfortable. I usually stay at Hampton as it is clean and the beds sleep well. No shade against window so the sun came in. But all in all a good stay

Nice Hotel

Everything was very pleasant for our one night trip. The only problem we encountered was the room was to paid with my husband's Credit card and it was charged to my debit card. His card was used for incidentals which we did not have.

Dissatisfied with experience

Would not credit our account. TV not working and no other rooms and only single staff in building unable to fix. Light blocking drape ripped off roller and drape broken mechanism and unable to raise. Bedside plug outlet, plug falls or , needs replaced. I will book directly if this isn’t resolved. Hotel took an additional deposit at check in.
