Customer service at the front desk was awesome! thank you first of all to Alesandra she is so gentle! also, the other ladies and gentlemen. the only issue was when we requested clean towels th day we must leave, unfortunately we have to make the request twice and still, never receive them so my son in law had to go downstairs and get them himself! Breakfast was no very good, we liked only the coffee and yogurt, but food is not really good, beacon taste as fake bacon. Anyway, we will go back if we decide to visit Melbourne again.

The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The room was immaculate. The bra was so comfortable. Everything was supplied from dishes to a full-size dishwasher to toiletry items. The continental breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!
