Constructive criticism

We are happy with the stay, the only thing I would say is the noises from the equipment should be repaired, our room a/c had a noisy compressor that was so loud we shut it off and then there was so much noise from either a exhaust fan in the bathroom above ours that even closing the door to our bathroom was not enough to quiet down the noise.

Great Service/ courteous & kind employees!

Service was excellent . Rooms were clean but needs to be updated. Furniture especially mattresses were old and worn out. Rooms need refurbishing.

The elevator ran like crap. No lights inside work telling you up or down or what floor. . Dirty. Toilet needs up dated since way to low to floor. Takes for ever to flush. Shower head u couldn't rotate and rusty spout didn't hold water, sink didn't drain.

Nice staff and location but property needs a lot

To be fair, the hotel is undergoing renovations so this review may be null and void in a few months. The breakfast was decent and the staff were amiable and cordial. The location is also great. However, the room was in bad shape. There was carpeting missing under the bed. The wayer pressure in the shower was awful and the area around the soap holder looked mildewy or moldy. The bed was adequate, but the pillows need to be replaced as the angle my neck rested at when I used all 3 of them at diffferent tiems cause me neck pain in the morning.There were a few unidentifiable stains on the wall too. There was a large stain in the hall; it looked like bleach may have spilled. I understand. That I would not get the best room as I was traveling with my dog, but the room needs a lot of work. It is my hope the renovation wil fix some of there concerns.
