Great location if you are hanging out downtown and need a good place in walking distance to everything. The area is very safe and parking was convenient. Lots of great restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Overall this is a solid mid range hotel. Our only two complaints would be that the bed was too firm and the shampoo and conditioner were worse than the ones you’d find at that discount hotel chain that leaves the light on for you. Corporate really needs to fix this issue bc they really went cheap here. The savings on shampoo and conditioner can’t be worth the decrease in customer satisfaction. Now I understand that bed preferences are subjective so I can’t fully knock them on that one. We felt it was almost like sleeping on one of those old school, fold up kindergarten nap mats. If you’re Gen X or older be prepared to wake up a couple times through the night to roll over and expect to be a bit more stiff and achy than usual the next morning. At the end of the day though, both were minor issues and neither was a deal breaker. Breakfast at the Starbucks bistro was fairly solid and a great value since we were given free breakfast at check in. Hard to beat free food and coffee. Not sure this is an everyday perk or something special for the holiday weekend. Overall a solid stay and would return with zero hesitation, but I will 100% bring my own toiletries in the future.

Poor quality for the money

Very disappointing. Pool was closed - green and unswimmable, room's ice bucket had mold on it, shower curtain was stinky, bed uncomfortable, no working ice machine on floor , only 1 regular coffee for room machine, and only 1 bar of soap for a 2 night stay.
