Had bugs/ants ini the bathroom sink in a room on the first floor, quickly assigned a room on the second floor. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

It is really nice hotel, really helpful people, rooms are really clean and nice. They are not offering any free breakfast you have to pay for it, as all other same class Marriot hotels and food was really expensive.

This hotel was very disappointing for the price. The room was smelly, stained walls, outdated amenities and nowhere to charge USB devices. I also had to switch rooms due to the front door not locking properly. The front desk guy was polite but put me in a similar condition room overlooking the dumpsters. Won't be back. I also didn't understand why everything in Bristol was about 30% more than 15 miles away in either direction. Sad, as I have spent a lot of time in the area.
