Terrible experience. The food was awful, and the hotel is very old and badly in need of renovation. The attendant did not explain the charges properly, and I was shocked to discover that another deposit had been charged. I do not recommend this place at all. Very disappointed.

Food was expensive and seemed pre made. Chef micro-wave was evident with the high prices. Dirty dishes on the ground outside my door when I arrived to the room. You can only use the pool for an hour and must reserve it first. Sketchy people in the parking lot checking out the cars. Hot tub closed but not advertised beforehand that it is no longer available. I haven’t been there in over 5 years definitely has gone down in quality. Charging for parking also screams of desperation in creating revenue.

The property was clean and well-maintained overall, but there was an unpleasant odor upon entering the room. Additionally, the shower water did not drain properly during use. The rooms and carpets could benefit from an upgrade to enhance the overall experience.

The hotel stay was great. However, quite high price for parking. The prices in the restaurant (Bisteca) were also very steep (service was good but the prices of the meals was ridiculous). The pool was clean, they provide towels, but I think they forgot to warm the water. It was freezing!

The courtyard inside the hotel is nice. The size of the room is great but..the bathroom door doesn't open very wide because the floor is uneven and it just gets stuck. The furniture is Really OLD,1980's, and shows a lot of wear and use. The big dresser had 3 drawers that all slide open and stayed that way, guess the floor leaned that way. The king bed had small child size pillows. The pool was full of screaming kids, no hottub. This hotel definitely needs an update. The sheets were clean.

The property and staff were very nice. I do not think $15 a night Parking fee is needed in Parsippany New Jersey. They should just raise the rate of the room $15 per night, so you’re not surprised when you check in.
