It was actually a very nice experience, even for one night! The other reviews made it sound old and broken down. It is pretty much like most of the other ES's. Maybe some I have seen recently are renovated and more modern but they are much larger. In any case, everything was fine. I was surprised that the bathroom toiletries in the tub were filled. Most hotels they are EMPTY!! Like taking a shower and there is NO shower gel. Seriously? The complimentary bar attendant had a severe attitude, despite the fact that I was so kind to her. I wanted to put a kids meal order in, and she said what do you want to drink, I said let me put the meal in as a grilled cheese takes a good 10-15 minutes. She assured me it would only by 2 minutes. IN any case it took about 1/2 hour. She was extremely rude and yelled at my kids told them to get out of the bar area - duh they saw gummy bears and m n ms maybe that is why they walked in? Otherwise we had a nice stay.

The room was disgraceful. Presence of black mold, rusted out metal fixtures, damp spots etc. I would certainly not recommend this hotel at any price. Checked out early with no refund.

We arrived for a wedding at the Ravello; we were denied early check in at 12 pm and were told to check back at 2-3, they did not offer to call once a room was available. The first room they gave us had a broken glass vile on the floor. The breakfast was great; the last cooking the omelets was amazing and very kind.

Enjoyed my stay. Was clean, spacious and the property was in excellent condition. Breakfast had a ton of options, including an omelet station. Loved all the plants throughout the interior of the hotel. Was like a botanical garden. Hotel was also in a quiet area with easy access to highway.

This was our second time here and we had just as good as last time. You could spend all day at the hotel alone withthe absolutely amazing breakfast, the pool, the nice atrium to walk around, and the evening reception with drinks and good snacks. We especially loved our first night's snack options as there was a extra variety. The lovely woman who cooks the omelets and other breakfast food is an exceptional cook! The room is so nice too having a separate bedroom especially if you have children. We will definitely be back.
