The hotel was dirty, the pool was dirty, the refrigerator in the room was leaking, shower barely worked. Everything was booked so I had no choice but to stay. My husband had to sweep and buy cleaning products just so we could sleep comfortably

Poor condition

Hotel is really filthy and old. I would not stay here again. Furniture looks battered. Carpet in main areas is in awful condition and just dirty.

The common areas were not clean & our room still had items (Apple Watch) left in there. We placed the Apple Watch on the stand to turn it in & cleaning staff took it when they came in. We hope they turned it in & didn’t take it for themselves. I was not pleased with our stay at this hotel. Would never stay here again or recommend to others

Strong Cigarette Odor

Overall, the experience had its pleasant moments, but a couple of notable issues impacted my visit. Firstly, the pungent smell of cigarettes in the room was overwhelming upon entering. This significantly detracted from the overall atmosphere and comfort of the space. I believe that improving the ventilation or addressing the odor would significantly enhance the inviting quality of the rooms. Additionally, I found the breakfast offerings to be lacking. It would be wonderful to see some improvements in that area to give guests a more enjoyable start to their day.

I think the worst part for me is I assumed the stay would be nice, because of the name. This one was just very disappointing. Dirty floors, dingy sheets with holes in them, food stains next to the headboard. Shower walls did not look like they had been clean. Halls were dimly lit and elevator was dirty and looked like it was going to stop workin at any moment. Felt very uncomfortable with my small children having to stay there for two nights. We will not be returning.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We have booked other Country Inn & Suites & they were very nice, this was not. Many outlets in the rooms did not work and or they were very loose & not safe. Floors were sticky, in room refrigerator barely got cold, elevator extremely slow & it was dirty. People sitting outside smoking pot, obviously some people live there, people in cars sleeping, breakfast was not stocked & provided appropriately & very little seating. We were in for a baseball tournament & all other hotels were booked full so we had to stay. I do not recommend!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a surprisingly broad choice of foods. The room was large and very quiet, I didn’t hear any hallway, next door, or upstairs noise. The furnishings were a bit worn. Also the room was quite large and it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair or settee. The room was not carpeted. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good choice of pillows. The bath tub/shower was dangerous for us oldsters - no grab bars and the tub floor could be slippery when wet. However the quality of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was excellent.

We could clearly hear the guests next door. While they were having a difficult time with their child- the fact we could hear them so clearly was hard for us. As the child didn’t get quiet until after 1:00am The hotel was clean- beds comfortable- desk clerk very nice.

Okay for one night stay

Had to use force to get the bathroom door to close. At least the clerk took note of the next morning. There were also soap and shampoo dispensers, but what happened? Two of the three lights in the room were fluorescent giving the room an institutional feel. The trash can outside was overflowing. At least the clerk was efficient in checking us in.
