I hated it. all of it. The receptionist wouldn’t let us check in even though their website says 18+ check in. We walked around and the only thing clean was the reception desk. Glad we did not stay there we would have gotten sick

The room was clean but did have a slight smell. The beds were comfortable. I would stay again. The best things was the service. The people at the desk were very nice. We left a bag at the hotel and they called us to inform us of this as quickly as they could. Lovia was there at the front desk and held the bag for us at the front desk. We were very grateful to get this bag back. Thanks to the staff!:)

This property is exactly as one would expect for an extended stay. Its clean, low cost, the tvs worked, full kitchen, parking was easy, checkin was easy. The staff and GM were so friendly!! Low frills and easy.

You are over booking this hotel

I stay there when I'm in town teaching motorcycle classes. I booked my room about 8or 9 days in advance and when I was on the way there they called and said i had booked a double room but they didn't have one so they asked if I was ok with a single and a roll away bed. I was fine with that but then we got there 45 minutes later and they were having issues because they was over booked. They hot us a room but we had to go eat and do some other things to pass time. The staff was great and the room was nice. They said that Hotels.com was booking rooms they didn't have available.

I only stayed for one night, but everything was great! I was traveling to Chicago, but didn’t want to stay directly in the city. The only “issue” (if you even want to call it an issue) that they say there’s a complimentary breakfast, but it is just a cart with nutrigrain bars, muffins, and coffee. I was fine with that because I’m typically a late riser with my second shift work schedule (I’m use to going out and getting breakfast/lunch anyways). The room was clean! I loved the staff! Everyone was super friendly! Would stay here if I travel up north again.
