I arrive over an hour after check in started, but was told there were no clean rooms for me to check into at that time and they had no idea how long it was going to be until one was. I was a long way from home with no idea what was in the town but really just wanted to relax after a long day of traveling. No accommodations would be given or offered for the huge inconvenience and the fact that I waited more than 2 hours after my arrival to be able to have a room. The corporate number was hateful and no help either

Don’t.

We had to move rooms because of a bathroom issue. Above our new room was a heard of elephants that kept us up all night. The bananas at breakfast were completely brown and the hard bailed eggs were like rubber.

The Hotel was good the reasons we booked the hotel was because of the pool. We check in and then find out the pool is closed. It would be nice if when booking we would have known. Great stay otherwise.
