Staff was very friendly and accommodating - the rooms were dated and the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Multiple other families in our group also commented on the discomfort of the beds. There was also a very strong air freshener used in the hallways that seeped into The rooms themselves. We are a Hilton family as is our soccer club however this property needs attention. That said the staff was wonderful.

I have been staying here every year for the past 13 years or so. They have always had a great staff. They have a decent little gym and pool area also. Very close to the expo if you are interested in any of the trade shows.

The carpet in the hallways was coming up, it was stained and dirty. The amount of Pot smell throughout the hotel was disgusting. Elevator issues, took forever to get a elevator.
