Not worth my money
Upon arrival, the front desk clerk said I did not pay for the room however I paid for this online ahead of time. He would not check me in without charging a different credit card. He stated he was new and would need to get with management to get it all straightened out in the morning. Although the situation was resolved, the charge is still pending on my credit card. It was quite frustrating and a very big inconvenience. Don’t plan on getting too much sleep unless you can sleep through all the noise from the trains. I was unaware that it was so close to a train stop or I would’ve booked somewhere else. Breakfast was less than desirable. They offered biscuits and gravy as a hot item. The biscuits broke my fork in half as they were so hard. Ended up getting a waffle. Tried to get coffee to go. I asked for a lid for my coffee so I could take it in my vehicle while leaving. I was told sorry there’s no lids. Who serves coffee without lids at a hotel? Disappointing and will not return.
